The concept is to blur the line between contemporary/modern design and rustic aesthetics within the context of the building's location. The design proposal relates functional spaces in such a way as to maximize the use of allowable space for development. Materials have been creatively juxtaposed to create a modern contemporary aesthetic appeal, with large windows for proper illumination and for admission of sunlight for passive heating of interior spaces.
