Girl With a Mask

The 'girl with a mask' is the outcome of my mystic imagination. I believe everyone has a face they want to hide, and I hid mine with a mask. For this personal project I used a few photo references to model the face in Autodesk Maya 2016. Then, exported the model to Pixologic Zbrush for detailing. After adding some details, exported normal and displacement maps to Maya along with lowest subdivision model. I used polypainter of zbrush to texture the model. The most difficult part of the project was grooming. X-gen is a real lifesaver, which helped me achieve this groomed look. I used Vray for lighting and rendering. Final composition was done using Adobe Photoshop.
