About this artwork

The Royal couture ‘Royal Couture’ my first series project of four eccentric pieces displaying art,ancient fashion, recognition, cultural representation. Growing up , I had always admired royal and indigenous regalias because I saw this as a beautiful way most people choose to express and distinguish themselves. The series passes a message of cultural appreciation and aesthetic. My use of black and white squared box background figuratively signifies inclusivity and equality for all races(Whether black or white). I also believe our cultures should bond us all together spiritually and physically notwithstanding diversity. ◦
