A visualization project for a village located in the slums of Lagos in Nigeria where the villagers move around in wooden canoes and live in small wooden houses floating on the mosquito infested swamp water. The villagers seem to have no problem living in this rare mode they have adopted 100 of years ago. An african themed sci-fi idea struck: how will an alien adapt to this challenges and live within the people of Makoko. The patterns on the Alien home were inspired by African patterns.
